Attendance that holds up, including for staff who never pass a machine

Most attendance systems work until they meet the people who are never at a desk. Linemen, meter readers, sanitation crews, security staff, drivers, field inspectors — no device, no machine, and a paper muster nobody can verify. This closes that gap, and computes payroll directly from the verified record.

What it is

Three ways in, one record per employee per day

A web application for administration, a self-service portal for employees and a mobile application for marking, integrating with the biometric devices already installed at your premises. Existing equipment is used; replacement is not required.

  • 265specified functions
  • 24modules
  • 3capture channels
  • 11user roles

What makes the record trustworthy

  • Three ways in, all writing to the same day record: a biometric terminal at a fixed site, an employee marking themselves on the mobile app, or a supervisor marking their whole team
  • A supervisor marks a whole team from one handset, and each face is identified automatically — no name is ever picked from a list
  • Three verification outcomes, not two: accepted, rejected, or referred to a person who sees both images, the score, the map location and who marked it
  • Liveness detection against a printed photo or a screen, false-location detection, and session-pattern analysis for implausibly fast team rounds
  • Full offline operation on shared low-cost handsets, with every record permanently attributed to whoever created it
  • Approved payroll periods lock, and a correction is an audited reversal rather than an edit

Pakistani statute as configuration

EOBI, social security, provident fund, gratuity and income tax on configurable slabs with filer and non-filer treatment. Every rate and threshold is stored with the date it takes effect, so re-running an earlier period still computes on the rates that applied then.

Segregation of duty, enforced

The system administrator configures but cannot approve payroll. Audit roles are read-only by every route. External audit access is granted for a defined period and lapses on expiry.

Settlement without a separate exercise

Recording the end of service creates the final settlement: leave encashment, provident fund with employer share and profit, accrued gratuity, EOBI position and recovery of dues, line by line, with access revoked automatically.

Your installation, your data

On-premise or hosted, always a separate installation, able to run on a closed network with no internet. The whole data holding exports at any time at no charge, and our copy is deleted when the engagement ends.

Getting it running

Eight weeks to live, and what is committed after that

The programme below is the one the specification sets out, and the two service figures under it are written into the same document rather than quoted from experience.

  • 8weeks to live, indicative
  • 98%minimum availability per calendar month, excluding scheduled maintenance
  • 4 / 12 / 24hour response for critical, major and general issues

What it runs on

  • Ubuntu Server 22.04 LTS
  • Nginx
  • PHP 8.2 / Laravel 11
  • MySQL 8.0
  • Redis 7
  • Flutter
  • REST + token auth
  • WebSockets
  • TLS 1.2+

An open-source stack throughout, so no per-seat, per-core or per-year licence liability is passed to you.

Three figures above are commitments, not measurements. The eight-week programme is an indicative schedule for a distributed organisation of several thousand employees, not an achieved average. The 98% minimum monthly availability and the four, twelve and twenty-four hour support response times are undertakings written into the specification, not observed history.

Bring us the difficult part.

The systems we are proudest of started as the piece nobody else wanted to quote on. Tell us what it is and we will come back with a scope, a fixed price, and an honest answer about whether we are the right people for it.
