Information you send us
If you use the contact form, we receive what you type into it: your name, email address, company if you give one, and your description of the project. We use it to reply to you and to scope the work you are asking about. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
Information collected automatically
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. Web fonts are currently loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. We intend to self-host these fonts to remove that dependency.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which typically include IP address, browser user agent and the pages requested. These are retained by the provider under their own policy and are not used by us to build a profile of you.
How long we keep it
Project enquiries are kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. If you would like an enquiry deleted, email us and we will remove it.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or EU, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@phalanxsystemsltd.com and we will respond within one business day.
