Phalanx Systems Limited is a software engineering and systems integration company based in Pakistan, working with clients across the US, UK, EU and GCC. A phalanx worked because every shield covered the person beside it. That is the only sense in which we use the word: it describes how the work is organised, not a theme we apply to sentences.

Principles are cheap when they cost nothing. Each of these has a price we actually pay.
Show the work
Every stage produces an artifact you can look at: a requirements map, an architecture diagram, a running build.
What it costs: problems surface in week two instead of staying comfortable until week ten.
Build for handover
Source, documentation and infrastructure in your name. No proprietary platform, no account we hold, no lock-in.
What it costs: you can leave whenever you like, so we have to be worth keeping.
Tell the truth early
If we have not shipped something comparable, you hear it in the first reply rather than after you have committed.
What it costs: we turn down work, and we have published a backtest result that did not flatter us.
Why Pakistan
A deep engineering market, and an honest cost argument
Pakistan has a large, English-fluent engineering workforce and a well established software export sector. That produces genuine cost efficiency against US and EU rates, typically in the range of 50 to 70 percent.
We put this last on purpose. Cost is a reason to keep working with a team that has already proved it can build the thing. It is a poor reason to pick one in the first place.
