How it works
Configuration first. Development only where configuration cannot reach.
The commercial terms are the same ones on the rest of this site: a defined scope, one fixed quote against it, and milestone billing. What changes with a product is where you start from.
The sequence
- Demonstration on your own data. Your fee heads, your catalogue, your approval chain, your cameras. Detection quality and fit are observed on your material before anything is signed.
- An honest split. We tell you plainly what is configuration and what would be development. The second one is the part that carries cost and time.
- Configuration, then migration. Rules, categories, pricing, commissions, routing and approval workflows, then your existing records brought across and reconciled before go-live.
- Training and handover. For the people who will actually run it, on accounts and infrastructure registered in your name.
About the numbers in this section. Every figure on the four product pages is either a count from a product specification — parameters, functions, modules, surfaces — or a property the specification states, such as that no camera has to be replaced. None of it is a deployment statistic. Where a figure is a commitment rather than a measurement it is labelled as one: the workforce system's eight-week programme is an indicative schedule for a distributed organisation of several thousand employees, and its 98% monthly availability and four, twelve and twenty-four hour support response times are undertakings written into the specification, not observed history.
